PEAL Trainers
Since the inception of the PEAL project, the number of trainers
has grown steadily from an original pool of 10 to over 30
dedicated trainers in the project's second phase, most of which
have elected to stay with PEAL into its current third
phase. They deliver PEAL sessions across the
country and all year round. Here you have the opportunity to
find out a bit more about some of our trainers; people who bring a
wealth of knowledge and experiences from a great variety
of backgrounds to the PEAL programme, and without whom, PEAL would
quite simply not be where it is today.

The trainers attend regular development days (pictured above)
where they are updated on any new research. On these days,
trainers are also encouraged to share their learning experiences of
delivering the training and the days also provide a refresher on
some of the key training activities.

As you maybe able to tell from these pictures, the development
days are as interactive as the training days themselves, and a
great deal of enjoyment is always had by all.
