Parents are a child's first and most enduring educators.
Supporting parents' engagement in their children's learning is an
effective way to make a difference to children's lives and
outcomes. To support practitioners to encourage and develop
parental involvement in children's early learning, PEAL training
and resource materials have been produced, based on the key
elements of the PEAL model; authentic relationships, communication
and partnership.
