Family Friendly ... what's the story

National Parents’ Week, organised by the Family and Parenting Institute, provides an opportunity to celebrate the contribution of parents to family life in the UK, and champions services that support families.

The theme for the 11th Parents' Week is Family Friendly … what’s the story? The aim is to stimulate debate and discussion around what family friendly is: What constitutes a family friendly public service? What changes do families want to see? What is already on offer? What is it that decision makers should know?
